You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact rvip6 support immediately via live chat. rvip6 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
rvip6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where rvip6 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other Members.
rvip6 is required to conduct identity verification on all Members in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) commitments. The KYC process involves:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be returned where possible, and the associated Member account will be subject to review and potential suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Standard processing time is under five minutes from the point of approval. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to two hours.
The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal amounts below this threshold will not be processed.
Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name — consistent with the account name on file with rvip6. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be refused and may trigger an account review.
Funds that originate from bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirement (turnover requirement) as specified at the time the bonus was claimed.
